At THE NAVRA, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we have established a straightforward policy to make the process as seamless as possible. Please review the following conditions carefully to ensure your item is eligible for a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for all items, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels should be intact.
- The item must be free from stains, fragrance, and any signs of wear or damage.
- Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale, maintaining their original appearance.
To uphold the quality and hygiene standards of our products, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure that all returned items are in good, resalable condition.
2. Return and Exchange Window
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Return & Exchange Process
We offer two convenient options for initiating a return or exchange:
- Online Process: You can initiate a return or exchange directly through your account on our website.
- Customer Service: Contact our customer service team at care@thenavra.com for assistance.
Note: THE NAVRA will not cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Options
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credits or discount codes for future purchases.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in our quality assurance processes. All items undergo thorough inspection by our expert team before dispatch to ensure that no product with cuts, damages, un-ironed sections, unfinished areas, or any defects is sent to our customers. However, if you receive an item that appears to be damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Provide Evidence: Customers are required to provide photos and videos of the unboxing to demonstrate the item’s condition upon arrival. If unboxing evidence is not available, THE NAVRA reserves the right to assess the damage claim based on the item’s returned condition and may reject the return if it does not meet policy criteria.
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team at care@thenavra.com with the evidence, and our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.
If we find that the item has been damaged post-delivery or does not match the unboxing evidence provided, we reserve the right to deny the return.
6. Processing Time
All returns and exchanges will be processed within 14-20 business days from the date of receipt at our facility. Customers will be notified once their refund, store credit, or exchanged item has been issued.
7. Additional Fees
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees on returns or exchanges.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cover only the cost of the item(s) returned.
