Yes, address changes are possible before your order is shipped. Once dispatched from our warehouse, the address cannot be modified.

  • If you wish to change the delivery address to an international location, additional shipping charges will apply.
  • If your original order was placed with international shipping but you’d like to switch the delivery address to India, we will refund the difference in shipping charges as Store Credit.

  • Cameras and screens sometimes capture shades differently than the human eye.
  • Since our fabrics are artisan-made in small batches, each batch may carry a slightly unique shade variation.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will share your tracking details via email and SMS. Please also check your junk/spam folder, as automated emails may occasionally land there.

Yes, we provide reverse pickup for eligible returns within India.

  • For certain locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the item to us. Once received, we will issue you a full Store Credit.
  • Reverse pickup is currently not available for international orders.
